We liked rooms with nice view. The place had a FAMILY atmosphere. The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, to the food court in nearby Hveragerdi for dinner! We ordered lunch at I Dream of Falafel, located near the venue.

The hotel surprised with a lovely atmosphere, featuring cozy lounges perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Hot drinks were available all day, which was comforting. Although the breakfast had a good variety, finding a kettle in the room would have been nice.

Breakfast with brewed coffee and hot meals, as example. Location - unbeatable, close enough to the nature, coast and a main road, good restaurants and services and Reykjavik and Selfoss. Also, in the beautiful area.

Amazing service and cozy vibes!
I stayed for 2 nights and loved the atmosphere! The hot tub was super relaxing after exploring all day. Breakfast was a treat, and I appreciated the special diet options. Only thing was no mini fridge in the room, made storing snacks kinda tricky.

Can recommend for a walk in evening
Cozy hotel, friendly staff, with a sauna and hot tub available in the evening.
No kettle or hair dryer in the room.

missingWrote a review on 30 Junearly check-out
Check-out at 10 am feels too early, especially since it coincides with breakfast closing time. The corridors had a slightly unkempt carpet. The bathroom in the room appeared outdated, and there was no kettle or hairdryer included-both seeming like missed conveniences. Lastly, the apple juice at breakfast tasted a bit too diluted and could use an upgrade.

The cozy seating areas and beautiful conservatory were good, making it easy to relax and enjoy the view while waiting for the Northern Lights to make their appearance.
Access to more comfortable seating for relaxation would help.
